Are my items UPF 50+?

We are please to announce that all items sold at the Rash Shop are UPF 50+.

Are my items made from recyclable materials?

We are pleased to announce that most of our products are also made from recyclable materials. Please see individual products descriptions to check whether or not your product is.

How should I look after my items?

To make your item last longer, thoroughly rinse it off after each use and get rid of any chlorine/salt residue.

In addition to this, we recommend washing items with similar coloured clothing and not wringing them.

Please note that contact with rough surfaces and velcro fasteners should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the item's appearance.

How do I know what size to order?

Please see our size guide for more information.

Why am I seeing white on my product?

Our leggings are sublimated on a base white material, cut, and hand-sewn. The white can show slightly through darker colours and the inside of the legging may not line up completely. Seeing some white on the seam is also normal.

How do I leave a product review?

You will receive an email 2 weeks after you received your order asking for you to leave a review, we would love to hear your feedback and appreciate the time it takes for you to do so.

Shipping, delivery & returns

Shipping locations and fee's

We currently offer free shipping on all orders. We ship to:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Hong Kong
  • Japan
  • Malaysia
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • United Arab Emirates
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

We are unable to ship to countries not listed above at this time, however watch this space as we are working on making this possible!

Why does shipping take so long?

In aim of reducing waste, all of our products are made to order. Therefore we need a bit more time to prepare your order before it gets sent.

The current expectation from order to delivery is 15 working days. This can be longer for bigger orders or rural deliveries.

Will I have to pay a customs fee?

We ship orders from our manufacturing center located nearest to you, (either Latvia or Mexico). Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from international countries therefore you may be asked to pay a customs fee to receive your order. 

Please check your country's tax and duties criteria prior to placing your order, as The Rash Shop cannot be held responsible for any of these payments. 

Can I track my order?

When you place an order you will receive an email that your order has been received and that we are making your items.

You should receive a tracking number once your order has been made. Please wait up to 7 working days for this email to come through as it can take a while for us to make and prepare your order.

Tracking says my order is here but has not arrived

Please check with other members of your household, your neighbours, and any safe space where a delivery might be left.

If you are unable to locate your parcel, please email hello@TheRashShop.com within 10 working days of the declared delivery date and we will investigate this for you.

What if my parcel is returned to sender?

If your package is returned to our warehouse please email us at hello@TheRashShop.com with confirmation of your shipping address and order number so we may investigate. If the reason for return by carrier is “insufficient address” or "no signature" we will be able to reship but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Refunds / exchanges

As our products are made per order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on change or mind or wrong size ordered. Therefore please make sure you have checked our sizing guides in detail before making an order.

If you have received a faulty item, please email hello@TheRashShop.com as soon as you receive an item in order to claim a refund. Click here for more information on how refunds work.

My order is faulty, missing an item or has an incorrect item

For any faulty or incorrect orders please email hello@TheRashShop.com with proof of receipt and photos of your order. We will then look into this for you.
